Hi, I'm Joe Murzyn.
I'm the founder of Utility Player AI. In 2026, I ran Pierogi Fest, one of Indiana's largest festivals with almost 300,000 visitors, with a two-person staff and an army of volunteers. Using practical AI tools instead of big budgets, I rebuilt our websites, automated vendor management, created a complete festival playbook, and cut operating costs 25% in a single year.
Before that, I spent nearly a decade in sales leadership and operations in logistics (UPS and Loadsmart) and served as Chief Operating Officer of Bakken Books, a children's book publisher.
I know what it's like to wear every hat. I use AI every day to get more done with the team I have, and now I help other business owners do the same.
